Biz Combinator started inside a group psychotherapy practice I co-founded with my wife. No ops budget, no IT team. I built the systems we needed: payroll automation, a referral tracker routing leads across the team, and dashboards that tied SimplePractice and QuickBooks in one view.

Then another practice called. I built it again. Better. Then a third. The pattern became obvious: manual ops are slowing small businesses down, and most can't afford enterprise solutions. That's where I come in.
